On April 1st 2009 a litter was born in kennel Kanarbik, our-bred bitch Galderden Carmelita as the mother. Kennel Galderden DOES NOT APPROVE breeding from Galderden Carmelita.

1) Legal ownership of Galderden Carmelita is arguable as the breeder of kennel Ribessita who bought Carmelita has not payed the major part of the puppy`s price until now. Ignoring the most elementary norms of ethics and without informing us kennel Ribessita gave the breeding right of Carmelita`s litter to kennel Kanarbik - in order to get money.

2) By making the litter the health of the parents was not considered at all. Dam of the litter Galderden Carmelita has murmur 2/6 in the heart. Dad of the litter Kanarbik l`Amour with Ribessita has no heart-test result at all, although the dog is 6 years old already. You can see discussion about this litter at

Our sad experience:
  • Full price of Carmelita has not been payed by the Ribessita-breeder until now;
  • Our dear puppy Galderden Frederyk Franciszek died in kennel Ribessita under unknown circumstances in 2007 (http://www.galderden.com/eng/inmemoriam_eng.html ). Kennel Ribessita has not payed us anything for him until now and has not explained his death in any way.
  • The breeder of kennel Ribessita has not followed contracts and agreements, has behaved unethically (has given a bitch not belonging to her into another kennel for earning money without informing us about it)
  • The mortality in kennel Ribessita is extremely high both among grown-up dogs and puppies; several dogs have got severe injuries there, lost their eye.

    On August 12th 2009 we submitted a petition to the Estonian Kennel Union about the annulment of the Contract of Sale of Galderden Carmelita and removal of Carmelita`s litter born on 01.04.2009 from the register. We substantiated our petition with several documents: contracts, private letters, etc. By January 2010 we still had got no answer from the corresponding committee of the Estonian Kennel Union showing that Estonian Kennel Union is not interested in doing anything to support and protect its breeders. With a great probability they just do not want to get into trouble because the breeder of kennel Ribessita is having problems with almost everybody in Estonia: private people, companies, banks, legal system and the whole Republic of Estonia. She is leading a big court case against Swedbank just now; was beaten twice at different stages of court and is planning to sue the Republic of Estonia into the European Court now. In this process she is following the same logic: all others are wrong and she is the only person who has always the right. You can read about this at:
